Approved refunds will be processed within 2-3 business days to your original payment method.
Shipping costs are non-refundable, unless the return is due to our error.

- All orders are sent via Royal Mail Standard Parcel, with an estimated delivery time of 3-5 working days after dispatch.
Order Processing
- As our products require time to set, we do not offer same-day shipping.
- Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed on the next working day.
Tracking & Delivery
- Once dispatched, you’ll receive a confirmation email. (Tracking is not available for standard Royal Mail parcels.)
